Amy helped us over the last two years with a problematic lease purchase deal. We were remote home owners and Amy was our eyes and ears on the house during the deal. As it was obvious the current tenants were not going to be able to get financing, Amy helped us navigate upgrading the house, making many trips there and to Home Depot. She also advised us on pricing it for the current market in Alpharetta. We sold it in 6 Days! ! ! After, paperwork issues with Bank of America delayed closing and she stayed on top of it through out.
